Well, tomorrow I'm going with Pauly to pick up Austin so we can meet David. He hasn't met either Pauly or me, so... I talked to him on the phone the other day and he seems like a nice enough guy. But we'll see. So b/c of that, I'll have to be off the comp by about 3:30pm tomorrow. Pauly wants to leave as soon as he gets home from work, since it's a 1 1/2 hour drive to where we're supposed to meet them. Short comp day, WAH!

Not really looking forward to the meeting. But I'll let you know how it goes. Hopefully he's a nice guy. At least his name isn't Steve! ROFL (sorry, you'd get that if you knew my mom. After the divorce, it seems like almost every single guy she went out with was named Steve! I know of at least 3.) And I think I'm going to greet him by saying something about finally meeting the reason I'm getting jipped for Xmas. See what he says to that.

And, OH! Conan is suddenly a repeat in the middle of the week after they just got back from a break, so you know what that means? Liza had the baby! "YAY!" for Baby Boy O'Brien! Can't wait to hear what they named him!

I am such a KLUTZ! So, last night I was slicing up some potatoes to make me some French Fries. And stupid me wasn't paying attention and cut my thumb. Now, I don't mean, like close to a paper cut size cut. I mean, I cut INTO my thumb. Like, If I had cut about 1/4" more, I'd be missing a peice of my thumb. Bled through two paper towels before I remembered that we had some gauze and tape hiding in the living room. My thumb's still kinda tingly/numb and hurts a bit.

And I wanted to rant about something that I forgot the other day that's been bothering me lately. So I'll do that now.

Well, I think some congratulations are in order. An old teacher from my High School, Aaron Weisbrod, (okay, HE's not old, but you know what I mean) is the author of an online comic, Nightmare World. He just had an anthology of some of the stories, and some new ones published back in August by FC9 Publishing. Well, now he's got another one coming out this month. And it just got AWESOME coverage at Ain't It Cool News. You can read the review HERE.

I just wanted to Congratulate Aaron on a great job on Nightmare World over the last couple years and it's about time he got some of his stuff published!

And I'm gonna totally PIMP the comic to you guys. If you like "Horror" comics, or if you like stuff like "The Twilight Zone", You NEED to go check it out!

Just went out to get the mail and I got a package from splatnext !

OMG! I love her SO much right now! She spoiled me more than I deserve! She sent me "A Walk on the Moon", "Indian Runner" & "Young Americans". She sent me money to go see A History of Violence. And she sent me glossy pics of Viggo! And one of them takes up 4 sheets! now if I can just find a really good place to put them up...

Woo-hoo! I'm going to se HoV this weekend! YAY!

Just got of the phone with

gutentag1. First time I've actually gotten to talk to her. We talked for about 1hr. 40min. Also talked to her husband for a little bit. He's got the cutest accent! We talked about everything from Viggo, to school, to family, to how to screw with telemarketers! ROFL

This is the first time I've gotten to talk to a VFBer for an extended period of time. I mean, sure, I've talked to

gueststar70 a couple times while she was at work. But that was more to check in and let everyone know I was ok. And

aflon called and left messages for me, but I always missed her. And

amyurban even called to check on me once. But I didn't find out she even called until we got a chance to chat again (almost a week later). I really wish I could talk to more of my buddies! Someone needs to call my dad's cell sometime (at night. after 9pm EST) so I can talk to them!

Anyway, I'm rambling. I was just excited that I got to talk to her.

Oh...
And I'm still convinced she's Viggo. ;p

Well, Pauly finally got his EW and let me have it. YAY! The pics are even better when you have them in your hand. *Comence Viggo day-dreams*

As of right this moment, I still haven't heard from the Uni. She's supposed to call today because Orientations are this Wednesday and Thursday. Hope she calls soon. Also apllied at Aldi just in case. They're not calling anyone for a week, though. But if I get that, I'm not staying at the Uni, as it pays $9.50/hr.

I've got the next couple chapters for MTWCS done (for quite awhile now, actually) but I think I'll hold off and post them slowly so I can get a little farther ahead. That way I won't run into the problem of a writer's block again. And if I do, no one will really notice.

And finally: Just a couple quizzes because I came across them and there haven't been too many showing up lately.

Well, Dad started training for the Weekend (night) security guard tonight. He'll start doing it regularly this weekend.

And I got a call from the University today. Supposed to call them back tomorrow. Not sure If they want me for the actual Uni job, or the one through the temp agency. I'll gladly take either one. Throught the temp agancy I'd be making $7-something/hr. Through the Uni I'd be making $10-something/hr. Probably just for the temp job. Even though that's only for 114, or something, days, it's a start. And I'd have a crack at New Uni. positions before the general public even knew about them. So that's cool. Will definitely let y'all know about that.

And in honor of good news, some piccies that just make me smile/make my day brigher.

Found my notebook! After getting a little something to eat and jumping in the shower to refresh myself (while listening to a Viggo CD *g*), I decided to comb the living room one more time. That's when I saw the box that I recieved some stuff in the mail not too long ago. And I realized that I had put the notebook on top of it the last time I wrote in it. Emptied it out and, voila, there it was. Safely tucked away at the bottom of the box along with the other notebook I couldn't find (the one with all my Viggo stuff in it.) Breathing a sigh of relief now.

Now I can get underway with it. Yay! And those Chris Meloni pics have inspired me to try an Elliot Stabler story. Now let's see if I can manage both at the same time... And finish any of the dozen or so things I already have started.
