1.  How old were you when you found out about Santa's identity?   

       I still haven't. :-p

2.  What is your all time favorite Christmas cartoon?

       Charlie Brown Christmas

3.  What Christmas character in any film/cartoon would you most want to be and why?

       Rudolph.  He showed the people that underestimated him what he was made of.  (Is it bad that I can find revenge in a kids' Xmas movie?)

4.  How many people did you ruin the Santa surprise to when you were younger, even on accident?

      None.  I refuse to.

5.  Did you ever peek at the presents?

      We always tried to!  But Mom and Dad were too good at hiding them.  I still don't think they hid them at home.

6.  What is the most cherished present you ever got from Santa?

      I don't even remember what I got from Santa and what I didn't.

7.  Did you ever get that lump of coal or bundle of switches?

      Never once.  (Okay, I've heard of the coal.  Someone explain the bundle of switches to me...)

8.  What was the lamest gift you were ever given?

      I don't think I ever got a lame gift.  I like all the gifts I've ever gotten from anyone. ^_^

9.  What is your favorite holiday decoration and why?

      Candy canes.  Because I LOVE candy canes.  Yes, they ARE decorations.  We always decorated the tree with them!

10. What do you want for Christmas this year?

      Money.  And a tin of Danish Butter Cookies.

Okay, I've heard of the coal. Someone explain the bundle of switches to me...
Maybe that is more around where I live, I dunno. But it is a bunch of sticks (switches) to spank your butt with if you've been bad! And yep, I got them one year... but I did get presents too. Usually the threat is that you get a bundle of switches INSTEAD of presents. I got a rock in my stocking once too because apparently "Santa" couldn't find a lump of coal. My oldest daughter got a bundle of switches when she was seven years old too. You should have seen her face! I was about to die from laughter! Middle daughter just smiled sweetly and said to her, "See, I told you that you were mean!"

I KNOW what Switches are! My mom was constantly telling us how her dad used to make them go pick their own switches off the trees and if they weren't good enough and HE had to go do it, they'd get it worse!

I'd just never heard of anyone getting a bundle of switches instead of presents.
