Anyone want some kids?
Apr. 13th, 2008 01:44 amIt's nearly 2am and the boys are still up! They won't listen to me and go to bed. I'm about ready to, to...smack them. I swear, after the day Connor and Robbie gave me...
Ryan being up still I don't have a problem with. He's frequently up this late, but he usually just lays in bed or walks aimlessly around the living room. The other two, though... They like to get into things and do all kinds of stuff they're not supposed to.
Brother and Corie decided to go up to the bar, figuring that if the kids were in bed, they'd be asleep soon after they left and that would be it. Well, it would have been, had they not walked back here to wait for more people to get up to the bar. They drank here so they wouldn't have to pay for a bunch of drinks and just walked up there. Since there was no one there they decided to come back and wait until midnight. When they came back, Robbie and Connor got up and were in the bedroom with us (I'm on brother's laptop on the bed). Corie was a little drunk from before they left plus the other drinks she had and said she didn't care if they watched TV. I wouldn't care, either. Except the fact that as soon as they walked back out the door the evil ones started acting up. I tried telling them to go lay down but Robbie came back with, "Mommy said we could stay up." I told him mommy only said that because she was drunk and I wanted them to go to bed. That was about an hour and a half ago. They turned the TV on again and were up getting into things and I've told them several times to get to bed. They refuse to listen. Little do they know, I'm SO telling Corie when they get home. I am NOT letting those kids get away with not listening to me because they don't feel like it. I tried spanking them, but it doesn't seem to have worked. I can still hear Connor and Robbie talking.
