I am such a doofus.

Earlier, I was trying to take off a Windows Component and accidentally took off everything EXCEPT what I wanted to take off. I got most of it to re-install on it's own, but here were a few things I needed to use the Windows disc for. Luckily my brother has the same copy of Windows, so after some fidgeting, I got back the other stuff I was missing. I finally got off the ONE component I wanted off in the first place.

No, you are NOT a doofus. It's so frickin' easy to do that with Windows, trust me. I've had to mess with my HP Windows stuff several times over the years. Don't kick yourself too hard!

The doofus part is that it's not the first time I've ever taken off a Windows component and I did it totally backwards the first time. I should have remembered how to do it and I screwed it up. Luckily it was an easy fix.

Oops! ;) Glad you got it all worked out. I hate when my 'puter goes down.
